According to the residual-oil discharging method for the ventilation cabinet, which is disclosed by the invention, when the amount of residual oil in the ventilation cabinet is larger than a preset value, most of fuel is discharged to a main oil tank through an oil discharging system, so that the waste of the fuel is avoided; when the amount of the residual oil in the ventilation cabinet is smaller than the preset value, the residual oil is discharged through a sediment discharging valve; in addition, if the initial amount of the residual oil in the ventilation cabinet is smaller than the preset value, the residual oil is directly discharged through the sediment discharging valve.
