The display panel comprises a color filter array substrate, a liquid crystal layer, and a film transistor array substrate. The film transistor array substrate comprises a substrate, a first metal layer arranged on the substrate, a first insulation layer positioned on the substrate and the first metal layer, a semiconductor layer arranged on the first insulation layer, a second metal layer arranged on the first insulation layer, a first transparent electrode layer arranged on the first insulation layer and the second metal layer, a second insulation layer arranged on the first transparent electrode layer and a second transparent electrode layer positioned on the second insulation layer. The film transistor array also comprises a repairing layer arranged on the first transparent electrode layer, and, the repairing layer is arranged between the first transparent electrode and the second insulation layer. The invention can effectively prevent the broken wire defect in the second metal layer and guarantee the display quality of the display panel.
