Abstract

The invention relates to an automatic punching die cut-off machine for a T-shaped keel. The cut-off machine is provided with a feeding mechanism and an end blocking mechanism. The feeding mechanism comprises a feeding driver, a pressing driver, a connecting block set, a guide rail and a sliding block. The sliding block is movably arranged on the guide rail. A pressing fixed block is arranged on an output shaft below the pressing driver. The end blocking mechanism comprises an end driving motor, an end baffle, an end inductor and a mounting plate. The end driving motor is connected with the mounting plate and drives the mounting plate to do longitudinal movement. The end inductor is arranged behind the end baffle. When the T-shaped keel is conveyed to the end baffle, the end baffle is extruded backwards to be in contact with the end inductor, and the end inductor is made to be powered to work. According to the cut-off machine, the keel can be driven by the feeding mechanism to do directional movement along the guide rail, and automatic conveying is achieved. Meanwhile, tail end output of the keel is located through the end blocking mechanism at the tail end. The keel can be automatically conveyed, and does not need too much manual operation, and manpower cost is saved.
