The invention relates to a fine layering reconstruction method. The method includes the following steps: S101, collecting geology, well drilling, well detection, well logging and well cementation dataand production situations of a to-be-fractured well, calculating rock mechanics parameters, and determining a well completion mode and a perforation scheme; S102, designing a fracturing scheme, and determining the number of fracturing fissures and parameter optimization, wherein parameter optimization includes sand adding scale optimization with continuous section interpretation of ground stressas a basis, construction parameter optimization with obtaining of expected fissure support as a target, and fracturing optimization control with test fracturing as a basis; and S103, ensuring fracturing fluid performance, adjusting a main fracturing pump sequence and providing a temporary plugging agent in a construction process to ultimately increase single-well yield and control reserves. According to the fine layering reconstruction method provided by the invention, the complex network fissures can be formed, a larger reconstruction volume can be obtained, and then the single-well yield andoil and gas recovery ratios are significantly increased. In addition, the method is simple to operate, is lower in costs, and has important significance for development of oil and gas fields.
