The invention aims to provide the new method for increasing the reservoir reconstruction volume through the subdivision cutting and temporary plugging steeringcombined technology to solve problems, subdivision cutting of a horizontal well is achieved through fast drilling bridge plugs and high-density clustered jet holes, and fracturing fluid and active fluid are injected to open a first-stage artificial fracture in a pressing mode; then sand-carrying fluid containing cleaning steering material fluid is injected to temporarily plug the fracture which ispressed to be open before and a blast hole, the fracture is forced to steer longitudinally, and displacement fluid is used for displacing; and finally a fracture lattice structure is formed. According to the new method, through an adopted subdivision cutting method, high-density artificial fracture well completion is conducted to sufficiently cut a reservoir so as to achieve reservoir working volume maximization, and the production efficiency of all jet hole clusters can be improved by combining with a temporary plugging steering technology; and meanwhile, large-displacement fracturing construction is conducted, the complexity degree of the artificial fractures can be increased, the petroleum leakage area is increased, and the reservoir reconstruction volume is increased.
