The invention provides a method for building a crude oil property rapid prediction model by use of a reflecting near infrared fiber probe and application of the method. The method comprises the following steps: building a crude oil calibration set, and measuring, calibrating and concentrating properties of crude oil; acquiring a near infrared spectrum of crude oil by use of the reflecting fiber probe; pre-treating the near infrared spectrum of crude oil, obtained in the step II, by use of a first-order differential method; selecting a training set sample for pre-treated spectral data by use ofa principal component analysis method; according to the to-be-measured properties of crude oil and a crude oil spectral data set, selecting a specific spectral band; and building a mathematical correlation model between the properties of crude oil and the near infrared spectral data by use of the partial least square method. During on-line application of the method, complicated sample pretreatment is not needed, and the characteristics that the operation is simple, the signal-to-noise ratio of the near infrared spectrum is high, and the precision of the quantitative analysis model is high areachieved. Through selecting a near infrared instrument and the reflecting near infrared fiber probe of which the models are appropriate, on-line/off-line rapid analysis on the properties of crude oilcan be finished.

Aiming at shortening the test time, the method comprises sampling, exposing condition, weathering resistance test, conditioning balance, test box, fiber crystallinity and test of stretching property, and is characterized in that: a sample is selected 40m away from the tail end of fiber; a test program is made under exposing conditions of 4-hour irradiation at a black standard temperature of 63 DEG C and 2-hour condensation at a black standard temperature of 51 DEG C; the sample undergoes conditioning balance at a temperature of between 15 and 21 DEG C and a humidity of between 50 and 70 percent; fluorescent UV lights of the test box are arranged in two lines, and each line includes 4 lights; and the sample undergoes the DSC test by a differential scanning calorimeter to measure the melting heat contents of the sample before and after the test of the weathering resistance, and the crystallinity of the sample is worked out; the sample is stretched at a stretching speed of 360 mm/min until broken, and the line density and the stretching strength of the sample are also measured. Sewage treatment process agent model construction method based on Kriging interpolation method

The invention relates to a method for constructing an agent model of a steady-state simulation result of a sewage treatment dynamic model by utilizing a Kriging interpolation method. According to themethod, after the input variable of the sample is measured, the output value of the steady-state simulation result can be accurately predicted. The method comprises the following steps: 1) setting a sampling strategy and obtaining a training sample and a prediction sample; 2) performing steady-state simulation according to the sewage treatment dynamic model, and recording a result; 3) fitting thetraining sample according to a Kriging interpolation method optimized by a PSO algorithm, and generating a prediction value for verifying steady-state output of the sample; and 4) comparing the difference between the predicted value and the real value, and increasing the number of the training samples to repeat the above operations when the difference is greater than a set threshold. According tothe method, the agent model can be adaptively established according to the to-be-tested sample, and when the real input sample is collected, the result of steady-state simulation can be accurately andquickly predicted, and the calculation amount is greatly reduced.
