According to the invention, by establishing a mapping table of the corresponding relationship between the Cell ID identification number of the cell base station where the mobile terminal is located and the WIFI into which the mobile terminal logs, the WIFI of the mobile terminal can be opened and closed effectively only by finding out the Cell ID identification number of the cell base station where the mobile terminal is located currently.
