Abstract

The invention relates to and belongs to aviation fuel system pipeline design, and particularly relates to a check valve device at the end of a guiding pipe. At least the problem that the fatigue strength of a valve in an existing check valve device is large is solved. The check valve device comprises a first flange, a limiting device, a valve and a spring. The center of the first flange is provided with a protruding oil outflow port. The end face of the oil outflow port is an inclined fracture surface. The limiting device is fixedly arranged on the top of the oil outflow port. The valve is hinged to the limiting device and matched with the inclined fracture surface of the oil outflow port. The spring is used for tightly pressing the valve to the inclined fracture surface of the oil outflow port under the action of elastic force. According to the check valve device, slope design is adopted for the attaching face of the valve and the oil outflow port, and therefore impacting force of fluid on the valve can be effectively reduced, and the fatigue strength of the valve is reduced. By installing a rotating shaft and the spring, damping can be increased when the valve is opened, and the sealing effect is enhanced. The opening degree of the valve can be effectively limited through the limiting device, impacting force borne by the valve can be reduced, and the service life of the valve can be prolonged.
