The plant trunk surface particulate matter sampling device comprises a guide pipe, a sampling bottle, a scrubbing brush, a washing bottle with ultrapure water, adhesive tape arranged on a tree trunk and sealing cement gum. The sealing cement gum and the first adhesive tape enclose a sampling surface with the periphery being sealed, and a suspension liquid collection region is formed above the sealing cerement gum. A plastic thin film is laid on the upper surface of the sealing cement gum, and the guide pipe penetrates through the sealing cement gum and the plastic thin film to be communicated with the sampling bottle and the collection region. The scrubbing brush and the washing bottle are used for scrubbing the sampling surface.
