The hinge shaft of the supporting base and the machine frame is connected with an overturning motor. The overturning motor is fixedly installed on the machine frame. Two vertical rotating shafts are arranged on the supporting base in a cooperative way. The upper ends of the rotating shafts are provided with driven wheels. The lower ends of the rotating shafts are provided with camera frames at the lower part of the supporting base. The camera frames are fixedly provided with cameras. The supporting base is provided with a fixing base which is provided with a rotating motor. The output shaft of the rotating motor is installed on driving wheels. The driving wheels and the two driven wheels are connected in the cooperative way via the same driving belt. The camera frame is provided with horizontal fixing bases and a vertical fixing base.
