Abstract

The invention provides a tongue control system and a tongue control method for a disabled-aid wheelchair. The tongue control system comprises a sensor detection module, a wireless transmission module, a microprocessor and an actuator. The sensor detection module is used for detecting signals of tongue movement direction ; the wireless transmission module is used for transmitting the signals of tongue movement direction to the microprocessor; the microprocessor is used for processing and transforming the signals of tongue movement direction, transmitted by the wireless transmission module, into control signals, and then sending the control signals to the actuator; the actuator is used for actuating actions corresponding to the control signals according to the received control signals. By the tongue control system and the tongue control method, the problem that a quadriplegic is incapable of taking care himself in daily life is solved.
