Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a system for switching a TV program by scanning a two-dimensional code. The method comprises: a two-dimensional code for initiating a TV program is made in advance, wherein the two-dimensional code contains the IP address of a TV, the name of a program and an invoked program name, as well as an invoked TV interface; a connection between a mobile terminal and the TV is established so that the mobile terminal and the TV are connected within the same local area network; when the mobile terminal scans the two-dimensional code, the two-dimensional code software of the mobile terminal identifies information contained in the two-dimensional code, connects to the TV via the IP of the TV, and sends the name of the program to the invoked interface, and after the invoked interface receives the name of the program, the invoked interface searches for the name of the program, and initiates a corresponding application to play the corresponding program. The method for switching the TV program by scanning the two-dimensional code is capable of realizing that the name of the TV program is found out and the corresponding application is initiated to play the corresponding program just by virtue of the simple two-dimensional code scanning operation; as a result, the understanding of a user to TV intelligence is deepened and the method is convenient for the user to use.
