Abstract

The invention discloses a PBC (Poly Butylene glycol Carbonate) material for 3D (Three-dimensional) printing and a preparation method thereof. The technical scheme is as follows: 1, a formula comprises 75 to 95 percent by weight of PBS (Poly Butylene Succinate), 0.1 to 20 percent by weight of inorganic filler, 0.1 to 0.5 percent by weight of a chain extender, 0.1 to 0.5 percent by weight of a cross-linking agent, 0.1 to 2 percent by weight of a nucleating agent, 0.1 to 0.5 percent by weight of a heat stabilizer, 0.2 to 1 percent by weight of an antioxidant and 0.2 to 1 percent by weight of a lubricant; 2, the preparation method comprises the steps of (1) drying, (2) weighing, (3) high-speed kneading, (4) melt extrusion, (5) cooling drawing, and (6) rolling bundling. A high molecular material applicable to the 3D printing is prepared from an inorganic filler-modified completely-degraded biological material PBC, and has higher tensile strength and flexibility, and the class of 3D printing materials is expanded.
