A conical slide block pin shaft supported by a guide groove in the machine frame and transversely penetrating into a conical slide block is arranged below the blocking rod. The conical slide block pin shaft is connected with the handle wheel through a steel wire. A hole opener pin shaft transversely penetrating through the machine frame is arranged below the conical slide block pin shaft.
