Abstract

The present invention discloses a user location monitoring method and device which is used for accurately judging if a user has left a residence. The method comprises monitoring a wireless network connection quality among wireless devices inside the residence according to a first period; executing a detection operation when the wireless network connection quality is monitored to be lower than a preset quality; when N2 is larger than a preset threshold value, continuously executing N3 times of the detection operation according to a second period, N3 being lager than or equal to 2; and when results of the N3 times of the detection operation are all larger than the preset threshold value, judging that a uwer of a wearable device has left the residence. According to the above technical scheme, two or more methods are utilized to judge if the user has left the residence, thereby raising judging accuracy and experience results of the user.
