Abstract

The invention discloses a Chinese herbal medicine composition used for relieving emotion and/or achieving relaxing and decompressing and/or calming nerves and aiding sleeping and/or eliminating fatigue. The composition is prepared from, by volume, 25%-30% of sandalwood essential oil, 15%-20% of wild jujube seed essential oil, 15%-25% of lucid ganoderma essential oil, 15%-20% of purple perilla essential oil and 15%-18% of lemon essential oil, wherein the total volume percentage of all the components in the composition reaches 100%. The invention further relates to application of the Chinese herbal medicine composition in cosmetics.
