The light source main body part can rotate in the middle of the lamp cap shell through the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft can adjust the angle of the light source main body part. When the light source main body part is upward, a lighting source can be used as a flashlight by cooperating with the reflecting mirror and used for light beam irradiation of an intense light source; when the light source main body part rotates downward through the rotating shaft, the light source is irradiated out by penetrating through the hand-held shell with the lampshade function so as to form soft scattered light sources of illumining areas.
