In the method, the rule weight distribution is trained by use of the improved genetic algorithm, the false negative and false positive information is collected through interaction between the user and the server, and the rule weight is corrected by use of the incremental learning method according to an analysis result, so that false positive rate and false negative rate are lowered, and the filtering adaptivity is improved. The interactive filtering method reduces misjudgement and has a better filtering effect while guaranteeing that identification rate of spam is not lowered. The incremental learning method lowers the retraining frequency, makes weight updating faster, and improves the overall performance of a filtering system.
