Problems solved by technology

The correctness of the comprehensive evaluation mainly depends on the reasonable determination of the weight coefficients of each index. In practical applications, the principal component analysis generally reduces the dimensionality of all indicators without considering the weight differences between indicators. The gray correlation degree rule is used in the calculation of the original correlation degree. There are limitations in index equality and expert assignment, which weakens the objectivity of this method. At the same time, experts' assignment of agronomic traits has been recognized to a certain extent, but it is difficult to objectively grasp the weight assignment of physiological and biochemical indicators.

Embodiment Construction

[0041] The present invention will be further described in detail below in combination with specific embodiments.

[0042] The evaluation method of the salt tolerance of cotton varieties of the present invention, the method may further comprise the steps:

[0043] S1 seedling cultivation: cultivating the cotton seedlings until leaf emergence by the matrix seedling cultivation method;

[0044] S2 Transplantation: Select cotton plants with consistent growth and move them into planting cups with holes in the bottom filled with fine sand, place the planting cups in a turnover box, fill them with nutrient solution, and cultivate them in an artificial climate room;

[0045] S3 indicator detection: Nutrient solution without NaCl was used as a control, with 150mmol L -1 NaCl nutrient solution was used as the treatment group under salt stress, and the two groups replaced the nutrient solution every 3 days. On the 9th day, each of the two groups selected 5 strains to measure and detect ...

Abstract

An evaluating method of cotton variety saline tolerance is disclosed. The method includes S1) a step of cultivating seedlings, namely a step of cultivating cotton seedlings until leafing by using a substrate manner for seedling cultivation; S2) a step of transplanting, namely a step of transplanting cotton plants with similar growing vigour into a planting cup containing fine sand and having a hole at the bottom, putting the planting cup into a container, adding a nutrition liquid, and cultivating in a phytotron; S3) a step of detecting indexes, wherein a NaCl-free nutrition liquid is adopted as a contrast, a NaCl nutrition liquid having a concentration of 150 mmol.L<-1> for salt stress treatment is adopted as a treatment group, the nutrition liquid of each of the two groups is changed every four days, nine plants are selected from each of the groups in the ninth day, and related indexes are detected; S4) a step of statistic analysis of data, and other steps. According to the method, agronomic character indexes and physiological and biochemical indexes are considered comprehensively, limitation of artificially assigned weights for each target character is overcome, and objective and effective evaluation for variety saline tolerance is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of identification methods for the salt tolerance of cotton varieties, in particular to an evaluation method for the salt tolerance of cotton varieties, which effectively evaluates the salt tolerance of cotton varieties. Background technique [0002] Cotton is an important economic crop in my country and occupies an important position in the national economy. In recent years, as the conflict between grain and cotton has become increasingly prominent, the cotton planting area has gradually shifted to the eastern coastal and northwest inland saline-alkali areas. The salt tolerance of different cotton varieties is different. It is one of the effective ways to develop and utilize saline-alkali land by mining the salt-tolerant ability of cotton itself and screening and cultivating salt-tolerant cotton varieties. [0003] A large number of studies have shown that the seedling stage is a period of weak salt tolerance of cott...
