The invention provides a young
shoot grafting method for
virus removal of apples. The method comprises the following steps: disinfecting
grafting tools in advance; detecting
virus carrying conditionsof leaves located at 4-5cm the top of a new
shoot which is grown to 15-20cm and treated by
virus removal, retaining 1-2 young leaves on the top end of the new
shoot of which target virus is removed, and
cutting a shoot tip with the length of 3-4cm to be used as a scion; selecting a potted virus-free
annual growth rootstock seedling with the
main stem diameter of 1.5cm or more to be used as a virus-free
rootstock, performing
rootstock cutting at the height of 25-35cm far away from the ground; and after
grafting is performed, performing moisturizing by performing bagging on the shoot tip and a connection opening part, performing moisturizing culture in a
phytotron for 10-15 days, and performing
seedling exercising to obtain a virus-free
seedling of apples. According to the method provided bythe invention, shoot tips obtained by special ways such as an insufficient maturity degree, seasonal limitation,
tissue culture, and anti-seasonal seed introduction can perform apple seedling grafting, preservation and
reproduction at any time, the problem of a low
survival rate of young shoot grafting in a conventional
grafting method is solved, and a novel method is opened up for
reproduction of virus-free seedlings.
