Abstract

The displacement calculation method solves the problems as displacement in the pipeline cleaning process can be obtained rapidly through a calculation formula and based on basic parameters of the natural gas pipeline stay cable crossing structure. The displacement calculation method comprises the steps of collecting basic data of the natural gas pipeline stay cable crossing structure and a pipeline cleaning pre-arranged plan thereof; calculating a constant and an equivalent displacement length at a special position of the crossing structure based on the basic data; calculating the equivalent displacement length at any position based on an interpolation formula; and carrying the equivalent displacement length into a displacement curve calculation formula to obtain displacement at different positions. The displacement calculation method in the pipeline cleaning process of the natural gas pipeline stay cable crossing structure is simple and convenient; the calculation result can express a relational expression in which displacement of the stay cable crossing pipeline under the action of pipeline cleaning changes along with time; and a governance basis is provided for pipeline cleaning safety evaluation of the natural gas pipeline stay cable crossing structure.
