The implementation method comprises the following steps that: a host sends the dynamic IP of the host to a private library on a third-party public network in a timed manner; when a client machine needs to communicate with the host, the client machine obtains the dynamic IP of the host from the private library on the third-party public network; the client machine establishes connection with the host by utilizing the dynamic IP of the host; and the client machine performs data communication with the host after the connection is established. According to the invention, the host sends the dynamic IP to the private library on the third-party public network in a timed manner; when the client machine needs to communicate with the host, the client machine establishes connection with the host by utilizing the dynamic IP obtained from the private library on the third-party public network; then, data communication is carried out; and thus, the scheme is relatively low in cost and simple to operate and can satisfy most of static IP requirements.
