The method comprises the steps of calculating total harmonic distortion of each photovoltaic power access point according to a photovoltaic power capacitance parameter of the special photovoltaic line, an access position parameter and an average harmonic current parameter; and determining the position of a harmonic quality monitor point address according to the total harmonic distortion, so as to rapidly and effectively locate harmonic quality weak points in a special feeder line in a certain photovoltaic access manner. The method provided by the invention is simple and fast, prevents complex harmonic load flow calculation, and is convenient for workers without professional power system knowledge to operate and implement.
