As the regional node network is obtained through contraction of the CIM topology and the electric topology and based on the CIM in the whole process, a highly simplified regional node network is obtained; and as internal devices in the obtained regional node network make the same contribution to the reliability of the power distribution network, the calculation scale can be greatly reduced and the calculation efficiency can be increased while the reliability calculation of the power distribution network is not affected.
