The device comprises a battery, a single-chip microcomputer module, a display module, an external circuit signal detection module and an alarm module, wherein the display module adopts an LED digital display tube, the display module and the external circuit signal detection module are connected to the single-chip microcomputer module by interfaces on two ends of the single-chip microcomputer module, the external circuit signal detection module comprises a current detection module, a voltage detection module and a temperature detection module and is transmitted to the single-chip microcomputer module by an ADC digital-to-analogue conversion chip, and a voltage register, a current register and a temperature register are disposed on the single-chip microcomputer module. Currents generated by the battery in a power supply main loop are connected; voltage data and temperature data are connected and then transmitted by the digital-to-analogue conversion chip to a single-chip microcomputer when the zero current is detected in a circuit; the surplus capacity is then calculated by a certain algorithm; and obtained results are finally sent to a display for display.
