Abstract

The invention provides a compound of caulis dendrobii extract and iron and a preparing method and application of the compound. The compound comprises 100 parts of caulis dendrobii polysaccharide and 5-50 parts of iron, and can further comprise 5-20 parts of caulis dendrobii protein; the caulis dendrobii is medicinal caulis dendrobii in orchidaceae dendrobium. The preparing method of the compound includes the steps that a complexing agent is added into a water solution of the caulis dendrobii extract, a FeCl3 solution is added under the alkaline condition to be subjected to a complex reaction, centrifugalization, centrifugal liquid dialyzing and drying are carried out, and the compound is obtained. The compound, prepared with the preparing method, of the caulis dendrobii extract and the iron can be prepared into various dosage forms such as capsules, tablets, oral solutions and granules. According to an iron-deficiency-anemia pharmacological effect experiment and a clinical comparative experiment, the effect better than that of Niferex polysaccharide iron is obtained. The compound can be used for preparing medicine for preventing and treating iron-deficiency anemia, health-care products for preventing and treating iron-deficiency anemia or food additives for preventing and treating iron-deficiency anemia.
