Abstract

The invention discloses new application of polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA), namely application of the PHA to preparation of a product for treating glaucoma. It is proved through experiments that when a PHA membrane is applied to antiglaucoma filtration surgery, rising of intraocular pressure can be obviously inhibited, and the healing process of a filtration surgery area after glaucoma filtration surgery can be safely and effectively adjusted.
