Abstract

The invention discloses a micro-nano-scale electric unicell control system based on water pressure. A linear mobile platform supporting frame is perpendicularly fixed to a workbench. The bottom face of a U-shaped frame is fixed to an adapter plate. A linear mobile platform is installed on the side face of the linear mobile platform supporting frame. The adapter plate is fixed to a mobile table of the linear mobile platform. A liquid container is contained in the U-shaped frame. Two thread adapters on an upper cover of the liquid container are connected with two-way valves respectively. A third thread adapter on a lower cover of the liquid container is connected to one end of a probe holder, and the other end of the probe holder is provided with a probe. The probe holder is clamped into a spring clamping groove in a clamp of the probe holder and fixed to the lower end of the other adapter plate. The upper end of the other adapter plate is connected to a microoperation platform. The three-axis precision can reach about 7 nm, the stroke is 20 mm, and damage to living cells is small. Cell control is stable, and the precision of the linear mobile platform for controlling water pressure is 0.25 micrometer.
