A high-precision oceanic seismic exploration vertical cable comprises an auxiliary steel cable and a cable part fixed on the auxiliary steel cable, wherein the cable part sequentially consists of a front connection section, a head working section, a tail working section and a tail connection section from top to bottom; the upper end part of the front connection section is provided with a watertight connector, a clinometer and pressure sensor group is arranged between the front connection section and the head working section; the head and tail working sections are sequentially provided with eight hydrophone combinations along the length direction; an extendable eight-digit package is arranged between the head working section and the tail working section; a clinometer and pressure sensor group is arranged between the tail working section and the tail connection section, and the tail end of the tail connection section is provided with a titanium alloy metal connector for connection.
