Embodiment 1

[0050] Such as Figure 2-4 As shown, the present invention assumes the following application example: the frequency of mobile phone collection behavior data is set to 50 Hz, and the size of the sliding window is 3 seconds to collect data, that is, 150 sampling points.

[0051] Step 1: The user collects behavioral data using a smartphone equipped with a behavioral data collection function APP.

[0052] Step 11: Put the APP smart phone installed with the data collection function in a fixed position on the human body and complete the five daily behaviors of standing, walking, running, cycling, and driving according to their own habits. When the user performs daily activities, the system generates behavior metadata s=(p, x, y, z) at a frequency of 50 Hz.

[0053] Step 12: During the data collection process, the system writes the newly generated behavioral metadata to the local storage in the form of an output stream in time series. .

[0054] Step 13: Set a fixed data upload in...

Embodiment 2

[0062] In the present invention, people’s daily behaviors include standing, walking, running, riding a bicycle, and riding a car. The smart phone is fixed in the trouser pocket, and the X-axis acceleration of the acceleration sensor collected by the mobile phone at a certain moment is x, Y Axis acceleration is y, Z-axis acceleration is z, GPS speed data is p, behavior metadata at this moment is s=(p, x, y, z), message communication mechanism of the present invention is as figure 1 shown.

[0063] The present invention is based on the behavior identification process of GPS speed and acceleration data as follows: figure 2 As shown, the specific process includes:

[0064] Step 1: The user collects behavioral data using a smart phone equipped with a behavioral data collection function APP. The process is as follows image 3 shown.

[0065] Step 11: Put the APP smart phone installed with the data collection function in a fixed position on the human body and complete the above f...

Abstract

The invention discloses a behavior identification method based on GPS speed and acceleration data of a smart phone. The method can be used to effectively identify human behaviors, as riding a bike and taking a bus, at different speeds. The method comprises that the Andorid smart phone is used to collect the real-time GPS speed data and tri-axial accelerometer data of a user; time-domain and frequency-domain features are extracted from the collected data; and an extracted characteristic vector and known behaviors corresponding to the characteristic vector serve as a training sample, the training sample is input to a support vector machine SVM and trained to obtain a classifier, and the classifier is used to identify instance samples and obtain a result of human behavior identification.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a behavior recognition method based on GPS speed and acceleration data of a smart phone, and belongs to the technical field of behavior recognition applications. Background technique [0002] Human behavior recognition technology aims to perceive the external performance of human behavior and identify its category according to the perception results. As a key technology that enables computers to provide services to people in a more active and natural way, human behavior recognition technology has broad application prospects and has received extensive academic attention. In academia, many scholars from research institutions such as MIT, ETH Zurich, WSU, Intel, and Microsoft Research have actively explored issues related to human behavior recognition. In the industry, behavior recognition technology is used in various applications such as mobile health care, portable exercise monitoring, and somatosensory games. Human behavior ...
