The method comprises steps that, for responding to failure of initial synchronization between the first user equipment in the community and the base station, on the basis of a signal received by the first user equipment, interference of uplink communication of second user equipment in the community on initial synchronization is detected; responding to the detected interference, the interference regression time is determined according to the signal; re-synchronization between the first user equipment and the base station is carried out according to the regression time.
