The housing 18 has a cover 20 pivotally attached to a support base 22 . In alternative embodiments, the housing may not include a cover.

Abstract

A reel and coupling for a reel dispenser comprises the reel coupled to the coupling, the reel being rotatable about an axis of rotation relative to the coupling, the coupling comprises a female mounting arrangement arranged to engage a complimentary male mounting arrangement provided on a dispenser support, the coupling being movable from a dismounted condition to a mounted condition with respect to the support in a direction transverse to the axis of rotation of the reel, wherein in the mounted condition the female and male mounting arrangements engage to suspend the reel from the support.
