Problems solved by technology

The coating drug of DES inhibits the excessive proliferation of smooth muscle cells and also inhibits the regeneration of normal endothelial cells, which leads to the delay of vascular endothelialization after stent implantation and increases the risk of delayed thrombosis;
[0006] 2) At present, a single drug is mostly used for stent-coating drugs, and restenosis is caused by multiple pathogenesis. It is impossible for the drugs coated

Abstract

The invention discloses a biodegradable intravascular stent with a composite coating. The biodegradable intravascular stent comprises a stent body and a multifunctional composite layer, wherein the multifunctional composite layer sequentially comprises a porous transition layer, a dopamine polymer layer, an anticoagulant drug layer, an endothelial regeneration promotion cell factor layer and a copper ion sterilization layer from inside to outside; the porous transition layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of nano-silica, 0.1-0.2 part of vanillic aldehyde and 0.1-0.2 part of thymol. The biodegradable intravascular stent is scouring-resistant and stable, and has strong ability of capturing endothelial tissue cells in vitro, thus achieving the aims of well inhibiting thrombosis and reducing restenosis; therefore, the biodegradable intravascular stent has important clinical application value.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a vascular stent, in particular to a degradable vascular stent with a composite coating. Background technique [0002] Cerebral stroke is the most serious refractory disease that endangers human health and life safety. According to statistics, there are 3 million stroke patients in China every year, and 1.2 million stroke patients die every year. There are 8 million survivors of stroke, 6 million of whom have lost their labor force and are unable to take care of themselves to varying degrees. For patients with cerebral apoplexy who are sent to the hospital in time, the conventional treatment plan is drug thrombolysis, but the active ingredients of many drugs are difficult to reach the lesion, and it is difficult to ablate large thrombus, so that the intended treatment purpose cannot be achieved. Secondly, the best window time for drug thrombolysis (the time from the onset of the disease to the time of treatment) is within 4 ho...
