The device comprises a compressor, a gas-liquid separator, an oil separator, a first four-way valve, a second four-way valve, an air-conditioner heat exchanger, an outdoor heat exchanger, a hot water heat exchanger, a first electronic expansion valve, a second electronic expansion valve and an electromagnetic valve; the exhaust end of the compressor is in parallel connection with the air inlet end (a) of the first four-way valve and the air inlet end (e) of the second four-way valve respectively; an air outlet (b) of the first four-way valve is in sequential series connection with the air-conditioner heat exchanger and the second electronic expansion valve, an air outlet (f) of the second four-way valve is in sequential series connection with the outdoor heat exchanger and the first electronic expansion valve, and an air outlet (h) of the second four-way valve is in sequential series connection with the hot water heat exchanger and the electromagnetic valve; after being in parallel connection, the first electronic expansion valve and the electromagnetic valve are then connected with the second electronic expansion valve; after being in parallel connection, an air outlet (c) of the first four-way valve and an air outlet (g) of the second four-way valve are then in sequential series connection with the gas-liquid separator and the suction end of the compressor.
