Abstract

The invention discloses an on-line analysis method for mineral in ore pulp. The on-line analysis method comprises the following steps: irradiating to-be-analyzed ore pulp with an X-ray emitted from an X-ray tube, and arranging a detector at each of two sides of the ore pulp to perform X-ray fluorescence detection and diffraction detection; performing quantitative analysis on a mineral constituent in the ore pulp according to an X-ray fluorescence detection result and a qualitative standard diffraction diagram gallery; combining a result of quantitative analysis on the mineral constituent with a diffraction detection result, and by analyzing a diffraction peak of water, establishing a correction equation between a diffraction peak and concentration to finally realize on-line analysis on the ore pulp. By adopting the method disclosed by the invention, the on-line analysis on the mineral constituent in the ore pulp can be realized, and mineral constituent information is provided for a flotation dressing process in real time; meanwhile, problems of traditional technologies of the on-line analysis on the ore pulp, in-situ calibration and the like are also solved, and the on-line analysis method is convenient for popularization and application.
