Abstract

The invention relates to a method and a system for acquiring vehicle data. The system comprises at least a vehicle controller which is located in a vehicle network and is configured to control the travel of a vehicle, a server which monitors the loading state in a vehicle network when any one of the vehicle controller is picked and requests data acquisition through the adjustment of the available load in the vehicle network and corresponding parameters of the vehicle controllers, and a data acquiring device which is configured to determine error tolerance based on the loading state of the vehicle network and requests data corresponding to the control parameters. At least one vehicle controller detects the data corresponding to the control parameters and based on the loading state detects error tolerance and transmits the data corresponding to the parameters.
