Abstract

The system comprises a reaction chamber, a heat recovery unit, a gas-solid separator, a gas separator and an activating unit. The reaction chamber, the heat recovery unit and the gas-solid separator are sequentially connected. The solid outlet of the gas-solid separator is connected with the activating unit, and the gas outlet of the gas-solid separator is connected with the gas separator. The carbon dioxide outlet of the gas separator is connected with the activating unit. By means of the device and method, the carbon black and carbon dioxide generated when natural gas is partly oxidized for preparing acetylene and synthesis gas are comprehensively used, the energy utilization rate of the system is increased, the activating process is controllable, and active carbon high in specific surface area can be prepared. Compared with a chemical activating method, the corrosion to the device is small and no pollution is caused to the environment in the activating process.
