[0019] The present invention is described by taking the detection of garlic as an example.

[0020] Instruments and reagents: TSQQuantumAccess high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometer from Thermo Company of the United States; HS260B electric shaker from IKA Company of Germany; CR22GⅢ high-speed refrigerated centrifuge from Hitachi Company of Japan; vortex mixer from IKA Company of Germany; R215 rotary mixer from BUCHI Company of Switzerland Evaporator. Stir bar: Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) coated. Methanol and acetonitrile are both chromatographically pure; experimental water is ultrapure water; anhydrous sodium sulfate (baked in a muffle furnace at 500°C for 5 hours before use, cooled, taken out and bottled for later use) and sodium chloride are analytically pure.

[0021] Standard products: Benalaxyl, Promethazine, Pyridaben, Tebufenpyr standard materials were purchased from Dr. Company in Germany.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for detecting pesticide residues by adsorption and extraction with a stirring rod, which belongs to the field of analytical chemistry detection. The method includes the following steps: (1) Extraction: Weigh the sample and place it in a plastic centrifuge tube, add 0.1% acetic acid acetonitrile and anhydrous sodium sulfate, stir well, homogenize for 1 min, and transfer the supernatant to a pear-shaped bottle after centrifugation , and rotavap down to about 1 mL. (2) Adsorption extraction: Dilute the sample liquid after rotary evaporation to 10mL with ultrapure water, add a stirring bar and sodium chloride, and conduct adsorption extraction under shaking conditions. (3) Desorption: After adsorption and extraction, desorb with desorption liquid, pass through the organic phase filter membrane, and inject into the sample bottle. (4) Detection: use liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS) for detection. The beneficial effect of the present invention is that a detection method for benalaxyl, permethazine, pyridaben and tebufenfen residues in fruits and vegetables is established by using the stirring rod adsorption extraction technology, and the method is simple, fast and low in cost.

Description

technical field [0001] A method for detecting pesticide residues by stirring rod adsorption extraction, especially a method for detecting benalaxyl, permethazine, pyridaben and tebufenfen residues in vegetables and fruits by stirring rod adsorption extraction-liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, belongs to The field of analytical chemistry detection. Background technique [0002] Benalaxyl, Promethazine, Pyridaben and Tebufenpyr are several commonly used pesticides in garlic cultivation, which can achieve the effect of eliminating pests and increasing production in a short period of time. With the widespread use of pesticides, the problem of pesticide residues has attracted more and more attention and research. Existing methods for the detection of benalaxyl, promethazine, pyridaben and tebufenfen residues in fruits and vegetables generally use methods such as extraction, column separation, concentration, and constant volume for pretreatment. The operation is cum...
