The method comprises: obtaining TCM clinical medical record data, wherein the TCM clinical medical record data comprises clinical symptoms; converting the TCM clinical medical record data into a high-dimensional feature vector, wherein the high-dimensional feature vector reflects correlation among clinical symptoms; matching the high-dimensional feature vector with a famous doctor medical record database; if the match is successful, determining a disease diagnose and treatment suggestion from the famous doctor medical record database; and if the match fails, based on the high-dimensional feature vector, using a treatment model to make symptom prediction according to a predetermined strategy, and determining the disease diagnose and treatment suggestion, wherein the diagnose and treatment model is established based on the famous doctor medical record database, by using a machine learning manner.
