The inner barrel structure comprises a sliding sleeve central pipe, a connecting central pipe and a central pipe which are sequentially connected from top to bottom. An upper annulus is formed between the pressure transmission piston sleeve and the upper spring sleeve of the outer barrel and the sliding sleeve central pipe of the inner barrel. A hydraulic control annulus opening and closing device is installed in the upper annulus. A lower annulus is formed between the lower spring sleeve of the outer barrel and the connecting central pipe and the central pipe of the inner barrel. A standby annulus opening and closing device is installed in the lower annulus. A hydraulic control pipeline is used for opening and closing the annuluses. Under the circumstance that the hydraulic control pipeline is out of operation, a standby channel is opened in an annulus pressing mode.
