The high-temperature pyrolysis burner is characterized in that the material tube is divided into an inner tube and an outer tube; a heater is arranged outside the outer tube; the external pyrolysis tube, namely an epitaxial pyrolysis tube is connected with the outlet of the inner tube, and arranged outside the inner wall of the burning cylinder; and the outlet of the epitaxial pyrolysis tube is connected with the fire-jet head in the burning cylinder through a connecting tube.
