The peony seed oil, sweet almond oil, chamomile extract, epidermis deep-penetration water-locking factor, and the like are mixed to form the face masking liquid having the function of locking water, moistening the skin and resisting oxidation. The face masking liquid containing peony seed oil and sweet almond oil matches the face mask paper for usage.
