Abstract

The invention discloses a polishing machine capable of rotating workpieces and having adjustable polishing wheel positions. The polishing machine comprises polishing wheel mechanisms and a chain type conveying mechanism, wherein the chain type conveying mechanism comprises transmission chains, a plurality of transmission plates fixedly arranged on each transmission chain, chain cover plates arranged beside the transmission plates, rotating devices and lock catch devices mounted on the transmission plates, and a rotary drive device mounted on the chain cover plates, wherein the polishing wheel mechanisms are mounted on a rack through a screw mechanism which can adjust the transverse position of the polishing wheel mechanisms. In practical operation, the transmission chains are used for conveying workpieces to polishing wheels, and the workpieces are polished by the rotating polishing wheels; the rotary drive device is used for unlocking the lock catch devices and driving the rotating devices to act, so that the workpieces are rotated to predetermined angles; and the polishing wheels are used for polishing the workpieces which are rotated by the predetermined angles.
