Abstract

The embodiments of the invention provide a data processing method and an apparatus. The method is operated on a service server of a tribunal terminal. The tribunal terminal includes an input module, a material scanning module, a printing module, a display module and a communication module. The method comprises the following steps: receiving identity information transmit by the input module; based on the identity information, a service server checking whether service information corresponding to the identity information is stored; when corresponding service information is stored, transmitting the corresponding service information to the display module; when the corresponding service information is not stored, transmitting a first instruction to the display module, receiving a second instruction which is input by the inputting module; receiving material scanning information transmit by the material scanning module; transmitting the material scanning information to a working platform of the tribunal. The method enables a user to be free of constraints of space and time in handling tribunal service for 24 hours, is simple to operate, does not require other professional guidance, and saves human resource of the tribunal.
