Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides an interference coordination method, device and system. The device comprises a first interface unit for sending configuration information of uplink reference signals to at least one second cell management device, wherein each second cell management device measures the uplink reference signals sent by user equipment in a first cell according to the configuration information, thus obtaining a second measuring value; a measuring unit for measuring the uplink reference signals sent by the user equipment in the first cell according to the configuration information, thus obtaining a first measuring value; and a second interface unit for sending the first measuring value to the interference coordination device, thus enabling the interference coordination device to coordinate the downlink transmitting powers of the first cell and at least one neighbor cell of the first cell. The interference coordination device coordinates the downlink transmitting power among the cells based on the measuring values obtained from the uplink reference signals, the inter-cell interference is effectively reduced, and the network capacity is improved.
