Abstract

The invention relates to a rolling device used for machining an anti-static brush. The rolling device comprises a frame, a material-discharge panel, a roll-pressing assembly and a material-receiving assembly. During the process of machining the roll-pressing device, an operator places the anti-static brush coated with colloidal material onto the material-discharge panel and pushes the anti-static brush such that the anti-static brush enters between a first roll shaft and a second roll shaft. A first power source drives a first roll shaft to rotate. A second power source drives the second roll shaft to perform motion along the direction near the first roll shaft till the second power source is pressed on the first roll shaft. The first roll shaft drives the second roll shaft to rotate through friction force. The first roll shaft and the second roll shaft can be used for rolling the anti-static brush such that pressure between the second roll shaft and the first roll shaft is kept stable. Uniform rolling force can be provided for machining of the anti-static brush.In addition, multiple anti-static brushes can be pushed between the first roll shaft and the second roll shaft at the same time through a support plate such that rolling efficiency is increased.
