The novel pin shaft fixing bolt disclosed by the invention is normally closed in both a working state and a nonworking state, is automatically closed after being inserted into a pin shaft hole and does not cause drop of the bolt due to human negligence; even when the bolt is scraped by an external force, the opening of the bolt can also be automatically closed after the external force disappears as long as a needle pin is not pulled out, so the pin shaft hardly falls off; an inward angle is formed after the closing part has contact with the free part, so the pin shaft can be inserted quite easily and also hardly drops out.
