The filtering part is provided with an inlet, a pressure releasing backflow port and an outlet, all of which are used for controlling the flow direction of paint. A valve body of the valve part is located in a passageway between the inlet and the pressure releasing backflow port of the filtering part. The valve rod movably rotates relative to the valve sleeve. The rod portion of the valve rod is fixedly provided with a pin protruding in the radial direction of the valve rod. The valve sleeve is internally provided with a linkage block conducting sliding and positioning in the axial direction of the valve sleeve. A cam face in linkage with the pin is arranged at one end of the linkage block, and the other end of the linkage block abuts against a spring. The spring is pressed and limited in the valve sleeve to keep abutting on the linkage block. Through combination of a main valve body and the filtering part, dual functions of high-pressure paint filtering and pressure releasing are achieved.
