Abstract

The invention discloses a suspension system. The suspension system comprises a driving axle, and further comprises a lifting axle which is parallel to the driving axle and a lifting device for driving a wheel hub of the lifting axle to move upwards and move relative to the driving axle. When the suspension system disclosed by the invention is applied, the lifting device works under an unloaded state of a vehicle so as to drive the wheel hub on the lifting axle to lift and move; in a vehicle operation process, wheels on the lifting axle leave away from the ground and are further suspended, so that the quantity of the wheels which are in contact with the ground is reduced; and the friction force between the wheels and the ground can be reduced and the loss of energy is reduced. With the adoption of the suspension system of the vehicle, the problem that excessive energy is consumed at an unloaded state can be effectively solved; and meanwhile, relatively small abrasion of the vehicle can be effectively avoided.
