The method comprises the following steps: when a situation that a picture frame is imported into an engineering drawing interface, reading the identifier of the picture frame; according to the read identifier of the picture frame, judging whether the picture frame is a preset dedicated picture frame or not, loading a mapsheet for the dedicated picture frame according to mapsheet information corresponding to the dedicated picture frame when the picture frame is judged as the dedicated picture frame; and when a target model selected from a preset map depot by a user is received, searching detailed information corresponding to the target model, and filling the searched detailed information into the appointed position of a drawing when the drawing of the target model under a current view is drawn. Through the drawing method, the drawing efficiency of engineering drawing personnel can be improved, the time and the vigor, which are input into the drawing, of engineering drawing personnel can be reduced, and error rates can be lowered.
